SRHA MEETING MINUTES - April 3, 2021
MINUTES OF
STRAWBERRY RIDGE HOA
Meeting called to Order by President, Tom Beckmeyer, at 10:00AM on 4-03-2021.
Roll call – all present but one- Jean DiBeneditto.
Treasure’s Report was given by Larry Caplinger – balance in treasure is $4961.86 – CD is $7590.46 - Legal Savings is $2017.11 – Bingo is $1780.23. Treasurer’s Report was approved as read.
No Secretary report was given due to difficulty accessing ZOOM. Secretary Report of March 26, 2021 is posted on BLOG.
There was discussion of having a lawyer on retainer for HOA. It was decided that this was not beneficial and we will obtain a lawyer when necessary.
Keith Stevens, Cyndi and Bob Young stated all buildings in park could be opened for all activities but CDC guidelines must be meet.
The water pressure issue in the park is being addressed by management and the county.
RAC meeting time has been changed to 6:00PM on the 4th Tuesday of each month.
There was a discussion about the HOA posting the Agenda of the meeting on The BLOG. Tom Beckmeyer will give Chris Ritter the Agenda and she will post it on the BLOG.
It was decided that all HOA meetings will be in person and on ZOOM beginning April 19, 2021. All CDC guidelines must be meet.
Rose Panella stated we had 116 members in January and this dropped to 63 – we now have 70 members.
Ruth Chewning discussed holding a Community Fair on May 12, 2021. More information to follow.
Larry Caplinger discussed HOA building a Bulletin Board at Mulrennan gate and Taho. There was a motion made by Rose Panella to build bulletin board and Larry Caplinger seconded this.
Juanita Caplinger, President of the Benevolence Fund, announced that food would be delivered to 14 homes with a hot meal prepared by volunteers on April 3, 2021. Beginning in May there will be a Food Fair on the 2nd Saturday of the month – May 8, 2021. The Food Fair will be held in May, June and July.
Tom Beckmeyer stated he was going to ask Willie Clark to replace Jim Hardy who passed away.
Peg Thomas made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Larry Caplinger seconded the motion.
